Disconnect Instagram
Sign in, open Settings · Connections and choose Disconnect. The stored Instagram access token is deleted and no more auto DMs are sent from that account.
Delete your account and all data
Closing your account on the Account page immediately deletes the account, workspace, campaigns, DM logs, link page and Instagram connection. Payment records the law requires us to keep are stored separately only for the periods in the privacy policy.
If you can't sign in
Email [고객센터 이메일] from the address you signed up with. Include the workspace name and the connected Instagram username, and we will delete the data after confirming it is yours.
Remove the app in Instagram (Meta)
You can also remove this service's access in the Instagram app under Settings → Apps and websites. After that we can no longer access that account's data.
